* Author, student and full registration includes access to all sessions and conference proceedings.

* Authors can participate in the conference by submitting an abstract and/ or a full paper. All submitted abstracts will be published in the RSCy2023 Abstract Conference Proceedings. It is not mandatory to submit a full paper for the SPIE Conference Proceedings.

Authors with full registration can submit 1 full paper in the conference proceedings published by SPIE and also included in Scopus, following peer review and acceptance. Authors have the option to publish their SPIE manuscript as Open Access when registered with the Open Access option. Authors are required to present their paper at the conference and also have proof of paid registration in order to be published in the SPIE proceedings - no exceptions.  Authors are responsible for submitting their full paper to SPIE through the manuscript submission link for review and acceptance in the conference proceedings.  For authors who will present more than one paper and wish to publish additional manuscripts in the SPIE conference proceedings, a fee of 65 euros will be charged for each additional manuscript and a fee of 150 euros for every Open Access manuscript.

Local government employees attending the conference may apply for reduced registration fees by contacting the Organizing Committee of the RSCy 2023 Conference.

**All registration fees must be paid by the last day of the conference. Therefore, those who will pay by bank transfer will need to do so in a timely manner so the money can be received by the date of the conference.  Please notify the conference organizing committee for any other arrangements. Delegates who have outstanding conference fees will not be able to publish their papers in the conference proceedings.

Please note that travel grants and financial support for delegates are not available for the conference. Kindly ensure that all funds for travelling and accommodation are secure prior to the conference.

Note for third countries:  All applicants will bear all of the expenses related to their visit, including conference registration, accommodation, all travel expenses, etc. The RSCy2023 is in no way responsible for any accommodation, maintenance and medical expenses for applicants that may occur during their stay in Cyprus. Also, the RSCy2023 is not able to contact the embassy or any government agencies on their behalf; this is the applicant’s sole responsibility.
