Accommodation

The conference will take place at the Adams Beach Hotel (5 stars) in Ayia Napa - Cyprus. The hotel is located approximately 2.5km from the centre of Ayia Napa. Situated on the breathtaking Nissi bay, (so named for the island which sits in the lagoon – ‘nissi’ is the Greek word for island), known for its fine white sandy beach and shallow, turquoise waters, the Adams Beach Hotel has a long-established tradition of providing top accommodation and service to holiday makers from around the world. The Adams Beach Hotel has truly earned its 5 star category and prides itself on offering the highest standard of facilities for your relaxation and enjoyment set within a Mediterranean oasis of palm trees and lush gardens.

Delegates are encouraged to stay at the Adams Beach Hotel for their convenience in attending the conference. We have secured a special competitive accomodation rates:

  • 120 euros for a single room with bed and breakfast per night/per person
  • 130 euros for a double room with bed and breakfast per night (2 people - 65 euros per night per person)
  • For delegates who are traveling with their families, the same rate with the double room (130 euros) will apply (2+1 or 2+2) with bed and breakfast per night

We recommend that delegates stay at the place of the conference venue, as transport will be required to access other hotels in the area. Please register early and book your accommodation at the same time, as limited rooms are available. Kindly ensure that all funds for travelling and accommodation are secure prior to the conference. Please note that travel grants and financial support for delegates are not available for the conference. Note for third countries: All applicants will bear all of the expenses related to their visit, including conference registration, accommodation, all travel expenses, etc. The RSCy2023 is in no way responsible for any accommodation, maintenance and medical expenses for applicants that may occur during their stay in Cyprus. Also, the RSCy2023 is not able to contact the embassy or any government agencies on their behalf; this is the applicant’s sole responsibility.
